Duly signed, appointing IMACL as your official facilitating BDSP.
Submission of full management profiles, CVs, and existing business plan drafts (if available).
Appointment of a full-time staff member (minimum B.Sc/HND qualification) to interface with our consultants throughout document assembly.
Execution of an MOU signed by your Board of Directors for the duration of the loan tenure, guaranteeing institutional tracking.
